Get To Know McMath Woods P.A. Partner Sarah Jewell

Attorney Sarah C. Jewell grew up as part of a military family, living in multiple states during that time. She obtained bachelor’s and master’s level English degrees and was an educator before deciding a career shift into law was in the cards for her. After her graduation from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2015, she worked for a few different firms, ultimately finding her home at McMath Woods P.A. in 2019. This allowed us to open our Fayetteville office during the same year.

Sarah has been actively involved in both state and national professional law associations since joining McMath Woods P.A., including the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, Board of Governors, Washington County Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association Board of Trustees, and American Association for Justice. She has also been the recipient of multiple recognitions and awards, including the Super Lawyers Mid-South Rising Star Award from 2018–2023.

Meet McMath Woods P.A. Partner Tim Giattina

Lawyer Tim Giattina worked in politics in Washington, D.C. for several years after his graduation from the University of Notre Dame in 2003 before relocating to Little Rock to attend the University of Arkansas, where he obtained a master’s degree in public service and received a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree.

Tim’s initial work after completing law school in 2010 was for a law firm heavily involved in the tire and automotive product liability space. He then segued into working in the risk management sector on behalf of insurers before going to work for a regional civil litigation firm. Attorney Tim Giattina founded and ran his very own successful general litigation practice before deciding to join McMath Woods P.A., where he specializes in domestic relations, probate litigation, and civil litigation.

Our team is proud to have Sarah Jewell and Tim Giattina become partners at McMath Woods P.A. We’re confident that they bring to the table expertise and practical legal experience to be the strongest possible advocates for our clients when they need it most. Please reach out to our firm to work with Sarah or Tim if you have suffered harm due to another’s negligence and you would like to know what rights Arkansas law affords you in such situations.
