McMath Woods Attorney Argues 911 Death Case Before Arkansas Supreme Court

Yesterday, McMath Woods attorney Carter Stein participated in oral argument before the Arkansas Supreme Court on behalf of Dayong Yang, as special administrator of the estate of Le Yang, deceased.  Mr. Yang sued the City of Little Rock and MEMS for the drowning death of his son following a delayed 911 response and water rescue.
