Holiday Travel–Remember No Texting While Driving

Published on Nov 24, 2015 at 8:27 pm in Car Wrecks, Distracted Driving, texting while driving, Uncategorized.

It is against the law in Arkansas to text and drive. Act 247 of 2009, Called Paul’s Law now in statute at Ark. Code Ann. Sec. 27-51-1504, makes texting and driving illegal. We all know how distracting and dangerous texting and driving is so please keep your eyes off your phone and on the road during this busy holiday season. It is also important to note that it is illegal for anyone under age 18 to be using a phone while driving at any time except in case of emergency. Ark. Code Ann. Sec. 27-51-1603. Stay safe out there. Look at the road and enjoy the beauty of the Natural State while driving.  Stay off your phone while on the road.
