Arkansas Supreme Court Rules City Of Little Rock Not Immune In Wrongful Death Lawsuit

Last Thursday, the Arkansas Supreme Court ruled that the City of Little Rock was not immune in a wrongful death lawsuit brought by Dayong Yang, on behalf of his late son, Le Yang, who died after a botched 911 response.
