The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a recall of about 292,000 hand trucks manufactured by Harper Trucks Inc. The agency said that when “the tires are overinflated, they can explode causing the wheel hub to separate or break, ejecting pieces of the hub.” The company has received 19 reports of tires exploding and causing injuries in each incident. https://www.cpsc.gov/CPSCPUB/PREREL/prhtml12/12025/
