Shopping Center Liable for Injuries

In a unanimous jury verdict returned on April 29, 2010 in Pulaski County Circuit Court, a west Little Rock shopping center, The Village at Pleasant Valley, LLC, was found responsible for the injuries suffered by a Little Rock woman who had tripped and fallen in a large hole in a parking space. Charles Harrison and Will Bond of McMath Woods represented the injured shopper, who was awarded $150,000.00 in compensation for her medical bills, lost income and other damages.
